Roger brings over 21 years of contract negotiation, fiscal management consulting, executive account management, and operations experience to this role at TPI Efficiency. His entire career has been dedicated to engineering complex, innovative fiscal management, and business operational efficiency solutions.
A Northeast Ohio native and longtime supporter of revival and regrowth in Downtown Cleveland, Roger passionately supports Hattie Larlham, The Centers for Families and Children, and The Boys and Girls Club of Cleveland. Roger currently sits on the Notre Dame Advisory Board.
Roger attended Saint Mary (Chardon), Notre Dame Cathedral Latin, and John Carroll University.
