This morning, energy suppliers are predicting an 80% chance of tomorrow, July 12, 2022, being a peak demand day, with the forecast of 135,366 MW.

For reference purposes, the lowest historical PJM Peak demand was 138,197 MWs (2011-2021), so tomorrow’s forecasted peak demand (135,366 MWs) is lower than all historical peak demands over the past 11 summers.
